Prices and availability of goods and services are subject to change. Prices shown on the website are inclusive of VAT, irrelevant of your geographical territory. We aim to have all pricing up to date and correct, though, on rare occasions, errors do occur. If this does happen, we’ll contact you with the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order if you don’t wish to pay the difference. Should you decide to cancel your order, you will receive a full refund, though please note that funds can take up to 2-3 business days to appear back in your bank due to bank processing time outside of our control.
All technical information and specifications are given to the best of our knowledge, though with the rapidly changing nature of products within the industry, we cannot guarantee complete accuracy across all product pages.
If your order is placed prior to 1pm (GMT/BST), Monday-Friday, we always aim to dispatch on the same day. If you have selected Next Day delivery, and live within Mainland UK, your order will be due for arrival the following working day. Please note that whilst we strive to fulfil this service for every eligible order, the service is not 100% guaranteed, due to occasional courier circumstances outside of our control.
Please be aware that customisation services, such as the restringing of rackets, may cause a 24-48 hour delay in dispatching your order, depending on demand.
A signature or delivery image is required for all deliveries from our store. If you happen to be unavailable when delivery of the parcel is attempted, our courier will return the parcel to the depot to attempt delivery again. At this time, you can provide instructions to the courier for delivery if required. If delivery fails more than once, the parcel will be returned to us, which will incur fees that would need to be paid by yourself. This is also the case if delivery is made to a collection point, and returned to us due to failure to collect the parcel.
Please do not refuse a delivery from the courier company. The cost involved in processing and returning a parcel is £15, which is a charge you will incur should you refuse a parcel from our courier.
If a ‘safe place’ delivery is requested, we are not liable for theft or loss of the parcel. By requesting delivery to a safe place, you are taking full responsibility for the parcel, provided the courier has delivered to the safe place requested.
If you have paid for a specific delivery service and we have dispatched the order on time with this service, we cannot be held liable for a refund in the case of late delivery due to courier circumstances outside of our control. We will, however, endeavour to help as much as we can if this does occur.
We currently do not deliver internationally.

In order for returned items to be accepted, they must show no signs of wear or use and cannot be customised in any way. Returning used items will lead to the return being refused and incurring charges.
If we have made an error in delivering the wrong product, we require contact informing us of this within 14 days of delivery. We will do our best to resolve this for you swiftly and satisfactorily.
If you have received an item with a defect or cosmetic damage, we require contact within 14 days to report this. The item must not be used within this time. If there are signs of use upon return of the goods, we would be unable to replace this.
Most items sold on our website are covered by a warranty for manufacturing faults. Our full warranty policy can be found here.
All warranties will be subject to a warranty assessment from us, and our suppliers.
We endeavour to complete all warranties as swiftly as possible, though cannot guarantee a time frame due to contact with the supplier.
Whenever a refund is processed, you will be notified via email or text (depending on the information you have provided). From the point of receiving this notification, your refund will appear back in your bank account within 2-3 business days. If money is not appearing in your bank after this time frame has passed, please do let us know so we can help out with this.
International Deliveries and Customs Duty
In rare cases, international customs duty needs to be paid on delivery. Whilst we try to avoid this for customers, if charges are required, the customer is liable for this, as well as any returns costs to ourselves associated with unpaid duty costs.
Marketing, Messaging & Newsletters
We don’t communicate you directly with any marketing information via email or messaging without your prior consent on our website, to ensure we are fully GDPR compliant. You can easily unsubscribe from email marketing by clicking the unsubscribe button at the bottom of marketing emails.
VAT Excluded Areas
If you are placing your order from a VAT-excluded area, please be aware that we cannot offer any credit on VAT for these orders.
