Easy returns for your Badminton HQ order.

Need to return an item, report a problem or start a warranty issue? Badminton HQ runs a simple 30-day returns policy from the date of purchase. Before sending anything back, contact the team with your order number and reason for return.

How to return your item.

You can use Badminton HQ's DHL returns option, or arrange your own return through Royal Mail or a courier of your choosing. 

Step 1

Contact Badminton HQ

Email support@badmintonhq.co.uk with your order number and the reason for returning. Once the return is requested, Badminton HQ can provide a DHL return label if required.

Step 2

Package your return securely

Wrap the item carefully and do not apply sellotape directly to the product, packaging or box. Poor packaging or tape damage may result in a charge or the return being refused.

Step 3

Attach your return label

Once authorised, attach the label to the outer parcel only. Do not attach the label to the product itself or to the product's box or packaging.

Step 4

Drop off at a DHL service point

Take the labelled parcel to your local DHL eCommerce service point and retain your receipt so you can track the return if needed.

The prepaid DHL return label costs £5.99. The label is prepaid, so the £5.99 cost is deducted from your refund if you use this service.

Rackets should still have the plastic wrap on the handle. Shoes and clothing should still have boxes and tags attached. Do not apply sellotape to the product's own packaging.

Refunds & exchanges

What happens after your return arrives.

Badminton HQ aims to process returns within 14 days of arrival. Refund timing depends on your bank once the refund has been processed.

If all return criteria are met, the item is refunded in full, minus the £5.99 DHL label cost if you used Badminton HQ's return label.

Problems & warranty

Wrong items, damaged goods and warranty claims.

Contact Badminton HQ before using the item, removing packaging or sending anything back.

Wrong item sent

Contact within 7 days.

Email support@badmintonhq.co.uk with your order number and photos of the incorrect item. Badminton HQ will provide return instructions and can replace the goods once the incorrect item has been returned.

Damaged or faulty

Do not use the item.

If your item is damaged or faulty upon receipt, contact Badminton HQ within 7 days. Keep the item unused and keep packaging intact, including racket handle wrap or clothing and shoe tags.

Images help

Include evidence with your email.

To speed up the process, include clear images of the issue along with your order number when you contact the team.

Prepaid label

Badminton HQ can arrange the return.

Once the team has the images and order number, they can provide a prepaid label to have the item returned before replacing the goods.

Damage through use

Use the warranty process.

If the item has been damaged through use, email support@badmintonhq.co.uk with the details so the team can begin the warranty procedure.

Restrung rackets

Restrung rackets cannot be returned.

Badminton HQ cannot accept returns on rackets once they have had a restring applied before or after receipt of the goods.

If an item is used or packaging is removed before Badminton HQ has assessed a wrong-item or damaged-goods issue, the team may not be able to exchange it.

Care & courier notes

Reasonable care and safe return postage.

Please look after goods and packaging while deciding whether to keep your order.

Duty of care

Keep products in returnable condition.

Please avoid using or damaging the item or its packaging while deciding whether to keep it. Deductions or refusal may apply if goods have not been looked after.

Racket wrap

Keep the handle wrap in place.

For rackets, the plastic wrap on the handle forms part of the return condition. Removing it may affect whether the return can be accepted.

Own courier

Use a signed-for service.

You can return using your own courier, but Badminton HQ is not liable for loss or damage in transit. Use Special Delivery or another signed-for service.

Return address

Send authorised returns to Badminton HQ.
