ideal for someone with decent technique and good footwork.. very fast and allows for compact power generation and the stiffness means you keep a lot of control.. sweetspot is comparatively large so its forgiving for a head heavy stiff racket.. its a lot more user friendly than a lot of HH/stiff rackets.. personally ive got exbolt 65 strings at 24 x 26lbs for club and league play.. drops, clears and smashes are all very pleasant and isnt particularly taxing to use.. may need some slight adjustment in timing ect as its 5mm longer opposed to the 10mm longer that is the standard but it isnt really noticeable in play.

I bought Yonex Subaxia GT Womens Badminton Shoes - Light Grey two weeks ago.
The shoes look attractive. Sole is thick and has a good grip however the shape of the shoe seems slightly bent inwards.
Not the lightest of shoes I can think of.
Quite expensive

We have used al three of these grips as our badminton racquets had not been used for years and the handles were disintegrating! Relatively easy to fit once we had got the old ones off and much more comfortable to play with. Just what was required
I purchased two rackets but was only provided with one. Due to being on holiday I was unable to open the package, when I did I discovered I was one short. I emailed them straight away but was unable to obtain a refund or the sending out of the racket. I understand this is partially my fault but they didn’t provide any solution to me and stated they would do nothing after the 7 days had passed.
We use these Babolat Hybrid shuttles for club play. No discernibly difference in flight/speed from the more expensive natural feather shuttles. However the hybrid construction means there is greater durability. Good all round shuttlecock.
