Our Demo Service - Online
We understand how difficult it can be to find the perfect racket for you. At BadmintonHQ we are able to offer an online demo service where by you can choose a racket that we have available, have it delivered to your door and test the racket. As long as the protective packing (grip) is not removed and the racket sustains no damage, you're welcome to return within 14 days on purchase if the racket isn't for you.
However, if you love the racket, which we hope with our guides you will, you're able to keep the racket and enjoy everything the sport of Badminton has to offer. Please be aware that demo rackets are subject to availability.
How does it work?
- Place an order online at Badmintonhq.co.uk
- Place a 100% deposit on the racket/s chosen for demo
- Test the racket/s for a period up to 14 days from collection
- Either return the racket/s for a refund (minus £20 demo charge per racket) or notify us by phone or email should you wish to keep.
- Rackets must be Stringers Professional Decision
Please note the following terms and conditions:
- A maximum of 2 rackets may be demoed at one time.
- The plastic sleeve on the original grip must not be removed.
- Rackets will be inspected immediately once returned to the store and we reserve the right to add extra charges or refuse the return completely should there be any signs of damage or misuse.
- Any demo rackets returned late (after the expiry of the 14 day demo period) may be subject to additional charges.
- Yonex products are currently excluded due to supply.
- Li-Ning products are currently excluded due to supply.
