Check you meet the below requirements before returning:
1. You've received your order within 14 days
2. Items need to show no signs of use & returned in original packaging
3. Your item hasn't been customised
If the item received is faulty or is a potential warranty issue?
Email us with details first – support@badmintonhq.co.uk with details and a photo ideally plus your order number with us. Full warranty policy details are found here.
How long does it take to get my refund?
Depending upon the courier delivery speeds, we always sort all returns within 1 week of receipt, so we generally advise to plan for 2 weeks at maximum unless an unforeseen issue comes up.
Do I get a full refund?
Yes you do, except for any relevant delivery costs included in fulfilling or returning your order.
